Tour requests must be made at least one month ahead of time. In order to fully staff our library service desks and programs, we are only able to accept tour requests for one calendar quarter at a time using the following schedule:

March 1 – We begin to accept requests for April through June.

June 1 – We begin to accept requests for July through September.

September 1 – We begin to accept requests for October through December.

December 1 – We begin to accept requests for January through March.

* Groups requesting a tour must be located or based in Hall County
